Each class engages the entire body, building stability, mobility, and deep body awareness while keeping you connected to how you feel, not just how you look. Expect an experience that is intelligent, challenging, and deeply grounding.

    Intensity: Challenging/Full-Body

  • A mindful, flowing practice designed to cultivate mobility, balance, and presence. Classes emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and intentional movement, supporting nervous-system regulation while honoring the timeless roots of yoga as a practice of connection to your body, your breath, and the wisdom within. No prior experience needed.

    Intensity: Moderate/Mindful

  • A strengthening, Pilates-based practice designed to build deep core stability, alignment, and full-body integration. Classes emphasize precise, intentional movement to develop strength, improve posture, and support joint health while cultivating a strong mind–body connection. Expect thoughtful sequencing that challenges the body while encouraging awareness, control, and balance.

    Intensity: Moderate/Strengthening

  • A slow, meditative practice of long-held poses supported by props and enhanced with healing sound. Poses are held 3–5 minutes to release tension in the fascia and connective tissue, encouraging mobility, flexibility, and deep nervous-system relaxation. Sound vibrations resonate through the body and are healing on a cellular level. Gentle, grounding, and accessible. No prior experience needed.
