Classes emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and intentional movement, supporting nervous-system regulation while honoring the timeless roots of yoga as a practice of connection to your body, your breath, and the wisdom within. A slow, meditative practice of long-held poses supported by props. Poses are held 3–5 minutes to release tension in the fascia and connective tissue, calm the nervous system, and cultivate presence. Yin restores mobility, increases flexibility over time, and encourages deep relaxation. Gentle, grounding, and accessible. No prior experience needed.
