Wake to the sounds of nature, practice yoga beneath an open-air shala, watch breathtaking sunsets over the ocean, and, if we're fortunate, spot dolphins and whales along the coastline while swimming. Yoga, meditation, nature, nourishing food, and time to simply be. A chance to unplug from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and remember how good it feels to move a little slower.
Peruvian Cultural Immersion & Yoga Retreat

This one is for the adventure yogis! Let's go to the Sacred Valley of Peru. We will be fully immersed in the colorful Andean culture and “Cosmovision” ~ participating in traditional ceremonies & healings, exploring the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu, Pisac, Cusco & more...and becoming a walking embodiment of the Andean way of Ayni – living in right relationship with all creation. Also, optional 2-day extension to drink medicine together (Wachuma, the Grandfather plant).
